operated by KareAI Ltd., a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

In Short: By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by
these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Site.
Your continued use of the Site following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document accordingly.

3. ELIGIBILITY

In Short: You must be 18 or over to use this Site.

This Site is intended for use by adults aged 18 or over and by legal entities with capacity to enter
binding agreements. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site on behalf of a legal entity;
  • You have legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms; and
  • Your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

KareAI Ltd. is a consultancy providing advisory, strategic, and educational services relating to
artificial intelligence technologies in the healthcare and medical sector. We do not operate a medical
platform, electronic health record system, telemedicine service, or any product that directly interfaces
with patients in a clinical capacity.

The Site serves solely as an informational and commercial presence for our consultancy. Nothing on the Site constitutes the provision of regulated medical, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services.

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The content published on this Site – including articles, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, or
commentary on healthcare AI – is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used as a substitute
for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are a healthcare professional, clinician, researcher, or institution seeking to apply AI-related
insights in a clinical or operational context, you remain solely responsible for applying professional
judgment and verifying all information through appropriate clinical and regulatory channels.

systems, the following limitations apply:

  • AI systems discussed or recommended by KareAI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate outputs.
  • No AI system described on this Site has been validated as a medical device unless explicitly stated and evidenced with applicable regulatory certification.
  • KareAI does not warrant that any AI solution described will comply with the regulatory requirements of your specific jurisdiction without independent legal and regulatory review.
  • Our advisory opinions reflect the state of knowledge and regulation at the time of provision and may become outdated as technology and law evolve.

Clients and visitors should be aware that the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) imposes specific obligations on providers and deployers of high-risk AI systems, including those in the healthcare sector. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

In Short: All content on this Site belongs to us. You may not use it commercially without our permission.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software,
and design elements (collectively, the “Content”) — is the proprietary property of KareAI Ltd. or its licensors, protected under Bulgarian law, EU intellectual property law, and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any Content without our prior written consent;
  • Use any Content for commercial purposes or in a manner that competes with KareAI;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or
  • Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Site.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

In Short: Use the Site only for lawful, legitimate purposes.

When using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Bulgarian, EU, or international law;

9. NO CONSULTANCY RELATIONSHIP VIA THE SITE

In Short: Using this Site does not create a professional or advisory relationship with KareAI.

Access to and use of this Site does not establish a consultancy, advisory, or professional relationship
between you and KareAI.

Any formal engagement of KareAI’s services is subject to a separate written agreement governing scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and liability.

Enquiries submitted through the Site do not constitute commencement of a consultancy engagement and do not give rise to any obligation on the part of KareAI to provide services.

10. USER SUBMISSIONS

In Short: We may use feedback or ideas you send us, unless they contain personal data.

If you submit any content to us via the Site — including questions, feedback, ideas, or suggestions
(“Submissions”) — you grant KareAI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such Submissions for any lawful purpose, unless they contain personal data, in which case our Privacy Policy governs their use.

You warrant that your Submissions do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and
are not unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.

The supervisory authority for data protection in Bulgaria is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), accessible at www.cpdp.bg.

KareAI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or
accuracy of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

13. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we endeavour to keep Site content current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any content.
The medical AI sector evolves rapidly, and information may become outdated.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN SITE CONTENT, AND FOR ANY RELIANCE PLACED ON SUCH CONTENT BY ANY VISITOR OR CLIENT.

14. REGULATORY STATUS

KareAI Ltd. is not a regulated medical practitioner, medical device manufacturer, or clinical institution.
Our consultancy services do not constitute regulated activities under Directive 2011/24/EU on patients’
rights in cross-border healthcare, Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices, or any equivalent national legislation, unless specifically stated in a written engagement agreement.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. KAREAI LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE EU AND BULGARIAN LAW, KAREAI LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory
Bulgarian or EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Where those provisions apply to you, they take precedence.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KareAI Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees,
and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) any content you
submit to the Site.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of the Republic of Bulgaria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law of your country of residence where you are an EU consumer.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Should negotiation fail within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the
competent courts of Bulgaria.

For commercial disputes between businesses, the parties may agree in writing to refer the matter to
arbitration under the Rules of the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).

EU consumers may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

20. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed
severable and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KareAI with respect to your use of the Site.
